Thank you for choosing SoNextYear Studio. Our seamless surface patterns are engineered for flawless production. To ensure complete transparency, please review our licensing terms and digital return policy before purchasing.

1. Licensing Tiers When purchasing a design from our store, you are acquiring a license to use the 4K Master File. Unless the "Exclusive Buyout" tier is purchased, SoNextYear Studio retains the original copyright to all artwork.

• Personal License: strictly for DIY home projects, personal crafts, and non-commercial digital use. No physical product sales are permitted.

• Small Business License: Built for independent creators and boutique fabric printers. This license permits the creation and sale of up to 500 physical end-products.

• Commercial License: Designed for design agencies and retail brands. This permits unlimited physical product runs and unmetered digital integration.

• Exclusive Buyout: Full copyright transfer. Upon purchase, you assume total ownership of the IP, and the design is instantly and permanently removed from our store.

2. Digital Goods & Refund Policy Due to the immediate, unreturnable nature of high-resolution digital assets, all standard sales are final once the 4K Master File has been downloaded. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind."

3. Our Flawless Production Guarantee We stand entirely behind the mathematical engineering of our tiles. If you encounter a verifiable technical defect with your purchased file (e.g., file corruption, or the pattern fails to tile seamlessly under standard cyclic boundary conditions), please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will immediately provide a corrected file or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
